Rock The Universe 2018 Line-Up

Tickets are now officially on sale for Rock the Universe 2018, held Sept. 7-8 at Universal Orlando Resort. Options abound for those looking to make the trek to Florida the weekend after Labor Day to see fan favorites like Casting Crowns, TobyMac, for KING & COUNTRY and Jesus Culture. Before purchasing tickets, these are the questions you need to ask:

  1. Do I want ample park time while I’m at Rock the Universe?
  2. How many parks do I want to visit?
  3. Do I want the option to hop between parks?
  4. Is an Express Pass worth the extra money?

Tickets start at $68.99 for a one-night event-only pass. (NOTE: Rock the Universe requires a separate ticket.) While a Rock the Universe ticket gets you into Universal Studios Florida after 4 p.m., it’s often hard to choose between your favorite band and your favorite attraction. That’s why it’s likely best to consider ticket options that include entry to both nights of Rock the Universe and tickets to one or more theme parks. “Rock Your Weekend” passes start at $127.99 with packages for 2-day and 3-day park tickets and optional park hoppers. Want to get wet and wild at Universal’s new Volcano Bay? Then the 3-day package might be up your alley. Prefer to stay dry and spend your time in Hogwarts? Then the 2-day package might be your best bet. Group rates are also available and include exclusive perks for youth leaders.

No matter what ticket option you choose, know that between the concerts and the rides, it will be a whirlwind weekend of fun. With that in mind, you might want to also consider adding a Universal Express Pass (or two!) to your cart. For an additional $20 per day, the Universal Express Pass will get you to the front of the line at participating rides and attractions, helping you maximize your time.
